4 steps to facilitate spirit connections in 2023
You don't have to meditate for hours, but you should make time for yourself! Tina Mukerji shows how to make spirit connections in 2023.
I frequently hear excruciating answers from my clients and students about how difficult it is for them to find time to meditate. I agree that meditation may not be your thing, but that doesn't mean you can't set aside some time every day to connect with an energy bigger than yourself and remind yourself, "As above, so below..."

You don't have to meditate for hours, but you should make time for yourself! This time will help you understand yourself more deeply and profoundly. Every day is a whirlwind of activity for me as a mother of a nine-year-old and 10 for kids. When you combine my professional life with this list of obligations, you get mayhem. Nonetheless, I have been creating this "me-time," even if just for a few whiles, for myself for many years because I recognise the immense benefits it has bestowed upon me. I want you to try these four distinct activities to help you connect with spirit more deeply.
 
Yes, there will be days when you struggle and days when you succeed. This is only the beginning of the adventure. Accept it. Connect to a deeper centre of joy inside yourself to appreciate what this world has to offer. Simply said, move to imaginal and intuitive landscapes, or mindscapes as I like to call them. When you tune into your right brain's creativity, artistry, and inspiration, life becomes a wonderful gift.
Four stages will assist you in developing a strict spiritual perspective, and with dedication and desire, you will discover yourself tuned into the delightful wellspring of cosmic blessing.

1. CHANTING
You may now sing mantras such as the Gayatri Mantra or Om Namaha Shivaya, as well as alter words. Most spirituality postings on many media would advise you to meditate! However, we cannot begin to meditate right now. Thoughts attack us and divert our attention. How many individuals can concentrate long enough to achieve meditative bliss? Certainly not a significant proportion! As a result, chanting is the first step toward controlling your thoughts and the monkey mind.
When you correctly breathe and chant, even if it is a Switch word like "Together," you begin to lose humdrum consciousness and a switch flips, allowing you to defrag your brain's hard disc.
2. FOCUS BETWEEN YOUR EYEBROWS AND BREATHE
This valuable me-time should undoubtedly include right breathing and then focusing your gaze between your brows. In traditional Yogic wisdom, this is known as the Ajna chakra, and in science, it is known as the Pineal Gland. When you put your focused attention to this location, it awakens your unconscious and subconscious minds, which make up more than your conscious mind. This third eye houses cosmic energy in the macro and micro bodies, as well as occult powers and awareness. This practise is ultimately the path to spiritual liberation. A few words about breathing! During these spiritual self-care exercises, always utilise your nose. Breathing via the nose activates the respiratory system, which heats, moistens, and filters the oxygen you breathe.
3. SPIRITUAL LITERATURE READING
Ah! This is without a doubt my favourite spiritual self-care practise! I devote a significant amount of time to reading and syphoning through spiritual items in major newspapers and internet platforms. We immutably engage in the insight imparted when we read the spiritual experiences simply put down by someone who lives this lifestyle. Most spiritual Gurus overlook this practise, but trust me when I say it will be a gem in your spiritual treasure chest. Pages of profound mystical information have inspired some of my most inspired spiritual realisations, yet this practise is really simple to begin with. So, why delay?

4. GRATITUDE AND FORGIVENESS
Let me attempt to explain a few ideas on thankfulness and forgiveness based on rigorous science. Never underestimate the advantages of practising thankfulness, and spending some time each day analysing and meditating on why you are glad permits particular neurotransmitters in the brain to be released. You are filled with happy feelings and feel strongly linked to the outer world. Sleep is improved, and your connections are strengthened. It really enhances your immune system, which aids in illness resistance. Don't save your thanks for special events; instead, express your gratitude as often as possible and grin broadly. Let us now consider forgiveness, which comes in three varieties, all of which are interconnected. Self-forgiveness is the first step for learning to let go of guilt and shame. The third type is forgiving an adversary or someone who has wounded you, which is the most difficult since humans do not forgive and forget. But let's get started. Consider someone who has injured you and attempt to recognise the emotions that arise in your conscious mind. These negative emotions might include rage, denial, humiliation, guilt, hurt, suffering, abandonment, and contempt. Now write them down, along with the name of the person who wakes these unpleasant feelings, and allow yourself to release them gradually. Allow it to go, then burn the paper. Visualize your feelings vanishing as the paper burns to ashes, and you'll be free. The final type of forgiveness is Divine Forgiveness, which convinces us that God/Goddess has forgiven us and boosts our self-esteem. Surrender to these techniques with pure love and see how they change your life in 2023. Surrender is not a sign of weakness; rather, it is the nuanced act of accepting and letting go. Of course, if one becomes entangled in the labyrinthine maze of their thinking, this is a route lined with perilous twists and turns. The goal is to switch from reactivity to awareness.
