What to avoid during Sawan Somar Fast 2021
- Do not eat more fried and roasted food during the fast. This will increase the amount of calories.
- Buckwheat flour and potatoes should not be consumed in excess.
- Avoid paneer and full cream milk to avoid lethargy during fasting.
- Consumption of common salt is to be avoided while fasting. Rock salt can be used instead.
- Avoid being empty stomach for a long time as this may cause acidity.
