What to avoid during Sawan Somar Fast 2021

  • Do not eat more fried and roasted food during the fast. This will increase the amount of calories. 
  • Buckwheat flour and potatoes should not be consumed in excess.
  • Avoid paneer and full cream milk to avoid lethargy during fasting. 
  • Consumption of common salt is to be avoided while fasting. Rock salt can be used instead.
  • Avoid being empty stomach for a long time as this may cause acidity.
