Benefits of wearing Rudraksha

But the wearer of Rudraksha has been told it is necessary to follow some rules, otherwise its opposite effects may come to the fore. 1. Do not wear Rudraksha while sleeping
According to the scriptures, whenever you go to sleep, you should not wear Rudraksha at that time. Before sleeping, take off the Rudraksh from the neck and keep it on your head. By doing this the mind remains calm and bad dreams do not come. It is believed that some impurities come in the body during and after sleeping. Due to which it affects the purity of Rudraksha.
2. Rudraksha should not be worn in the funeral procession
If someone has died and if you are going in his funeral procession, then Rudraksha should be removed. Wearing Rudraksha during the last rites at the cremation ground is considered taboo. Due to this the Rudraksha becomes impure and troubles start coming in life.
3. Do not wear Rudraksha on the birth of a child
In Hinduism, when a child is born, a sutak is applied. There is a belief that things remain impure for a few days after the birth of the baby. In such a situation, after birth, wearing Rudraksha should be avoided in the room where there is a baby and mother.
4. Do not wear Rudraksh while consuming meat and alcohol
Rudraksha is considered to be an offering of Lord Shiva. In such a situation, its purity should always be taken care of. If you are a non-vegetarian, do not wear Rudraksha while eating meat and consuming alcohol. Due to this the purity of Rudraksha is disturbed and the person gets opposite results.
