Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 6 tsp sugar syrup
- A spoonful of ghee
- 2 cups oil
- Salt according to taste
- 2 pinch saffron
- 1 cup coconut powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 cups rava
- Milk
- Flour
Method to make Modak Prasad:
To make modak, first take a bowl and pour some milk in it. Absorb saffron milk and leave it for 15 minutes. After this, take generally useful flour and rava in a bowl and add some saffron to it and blend it well. Add salt and water to the flour and squeeze it. Save the batter to the side for no less than ten minutes.
Now put the on the gas. Get ready sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in this pan. In the wake of making sugar syrup, add coconut powder and cardamom powder and fry it. Now add ghee to it and pass on it to cool.Make small balls of the dough and fill the coconut mixture in it.
