7 such places have been mentioned in the scriptures, where the ancestors are completeely satisfied by performing Shradh. But if the circumstances are not favorable, if there is a physical or financial problem, then in such a situation, without keeping the burden on the mind, this work can be done according to Shradh. Keeping in mind the country, time and circumstance, Shradh can be done anywhere. In this regard, along with Brahma Purana, Maharishi Parashar says that whatever is given to Brahmins for the purpose of ancestors is the same Shraddha. Shradh is divided into three parts, Nitya, Naimittik, Kamya but 12 types of Shradh have been mentioned in Bhavishya Purana.
