 After Diwali, Bhai Dooj, now Chhath festival is about to come.  The rituals of Chhath Puja are not very easy.  It is necessary to follow the rules of Chhath Puja.  Chhath festival is celebrated with great pomp in some places.  People mainly come to see this festival in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Bihar.  In Chhath Puja, one observes a fast for Sun and Chhathi Mayya and pleases them by worshiping them with full sincerity.  In Bihar, Chhath Puja lasts for three days.  In Chhath Puja, women remain without food and water for 36 hours after taking bath or offering Kharna.  Women do not take water until the water is offered to the rising Sun God on the second day of the fast.  Chhath fast is considered very difficult because in this fast all preparations have to be done for worship without consuming water.  Many people get sick after fasting or in between.  But by the grace of Chhath Mata, the health of the person who observes the fast becomes fine and he does not even observe the fast.

 ice  remedy 

 Whoever observes a Nirjala fast, tries that he does not feel thirsty, so he can also do a small remedy of ice.  Take an ice cube in any clean cloth and pack it well, then keep applying that ice cloth on your face and your neck, by doing this your body will get cool and you will not feel thirsty in the middle of the fast.

 don't make this mistake

 It is common to get sick during fasting.  Anyone's health can deteriorate during Nirjala fasting.  But you should keep one thing in mind that when your health is bad, do not breathe through your mouth, try to breathe through your nose.  Also try to keep yourself calm.

 don't stay in the heat

 Chhath Puja 'There is a lot of work.  So you try not to stay in a place where you it is hot.  Because it can make you thirsty .  Your health may also deteriorate due to the heat.  And also avoid going in the sun.  Because of this you will not  feel thirsty
