How to make Jaggery Kheer?
Do not take small utensils for making kheer.  Whichever vessel you take, take it big and deep.  Put a vessel for kheer on the gas and put milk in it, when the milk comes to a boil, add rice and keep stirring it continuously.  Take care that there is no lump of rice.  Put the second vessel back on the flame.  Add the grind jaggery and half a cup of water to it and stir continuously till the jaggery dissolves.  Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit.  When the rice is completely cooked, switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down a bit.  Roast the dry fruits that will be in this kheer by adding desi ghee in a separate vessel and keep it on the side.  By then the kheer you are making will be ready, then add powdered green cardamom and cover the kheer, after a while, take the kheer in a bowl and pour dry fruits over it.  Now your fasting kheer is ready.
