 Laxminarayan Mandir, Delhi

 Mahalaxmi Temple, Mumbai

 This temple of Mata Lakshmi in Mumbai is one of the famous Siddha temples.  The most special thing about this temple is that it is the abode of Tridevis.  There is a very beautiful idol of Mata Lakshmi, Mata Saraswati, and Mata Mahakali in this temple.  By the grace of mothers, no devotee goes back empty handed from here.  Mother fulfills all the wishes of everyone.  It is believed that during the British rule, the construction of a wall to connect Worli and Malabar Hill in Mumbai was going on, when that work got interrupted.  It is said that Goddess Lakshmi appeared in the dream of Ramji Shivaji, the contractor of this work and ordered him to take out the idols of the goddesses from the sea level and install them in the temple.  The contractor complied with the order and the contractor completed the work of the temple without any hindrance.

 Padmavati Temple, Tiruchanur

The world famous Sripadmavati Devi temple is located in Tiruchanur, Andhra Pradesh, South India.  Tiruchanur is also known as Mangapatnam.  There are many beliefs about this temple, one of them is that there is no point in visiting Tirupati Balaji until Goddess Padmavati is seen.  After darshan of Balaji, it is necessary to have darshan of Goddess Padmavati.  According to religious belief, the lotus flower had blossomed in the pond present here, on which Mother Lakshmi was born after being seated.  Here Maa Lakshmi is also called Alvelu Mangamya.  The legend of this temple is associated with religious sentiments.  There is a wonderful idol of Maa Lakshmi in this temple.  A few days before Diwali, there is a crowd of devotees of Goddess Lakshmi in this temple.
