Father Parvatraj was very pleased after listening to Narada Muni and told Narad ji that he accepted the offer and decided to get his daughter Parvati married to Lord Vishnu. Hearing this, Narada Muni reached Lord Vishnu and informed him.

Lord Shiva says to Parvati, but when your father told you this news, you felt very sad. Because you had accepted me as your husband. Then you told this agony to your friend, on this the friend asked you to stay in a dense forest and do penance, then Parvati ji goes to the forest and does a lot of penance to get Shiva.
When father Parvatraj came to know, he became very sad and worried. They started thinking that what would happen if Vishnuji brought the procession in the meantime.
Penance is successful
Shiva told Mother Parvati that your father Parvatraj sent messengers everywhere in search of you but you could not find him anywhere. Because you were involved in worshiping me by making Shivling out of sand in a cave, I was pleased with your penance and promised to fulfill your wishes. Meanwhile, your father also reached the cave looking for him.
You told everything to your father. Shiva said that Parvati, after listening to you, your father agreed to Parvatraj and he got us married legally. Shiva said that O Parvati! We got married as a result of your rigorous penance. Therefore, I give desired results to the woman who performs this fast faithfully.
