Goddess Bagalamukhi is considered the eighth of the 10 disciplines of Mother Durga. Every year Baglamukhi Jayanti is celebrated on the eighth day of Shukla Paksha in Vaishakh month, this time Bagalamukhi Jayanti is falling during lockdown & in between this pandemic. According to mythological beliefs, yellow color is very dear to Maa Bagalamukhi. while worshiping Maa Bagalamukhi, one should offer yellow flowers, yellow sandalwood, and yellow clothes to the goddess. It is believed that worshiping Maa Baglamukhi can remove & destroy all the obstacles and crises of the native and with this, the enemies are also defeated. Another name of the mother is also Goddess Pitambara.

In the evening read the story of Maa Bagalamukhi. The people who fast on Maa Bagalamukhi Jayanti can eat fruits in the evening.
