Monthly Shivratri fast and worship is done at the time of Krishna Paksha every month. On this day devotees worship Lord Shiva from morning till night. Monthly Shivratri puja muhurat
Shivaratri will be worshipped on the Chaturdashi date of Krishna Paksha of Ashwin month. The monthly Shivratri fast will be observed on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Monthly Shivratri is celebrated every month on the 14th day of Krishna Paksha. On this day, along with the monthly Shivratri, there will also be time for the Pradosh fast. Therefore, this time will be very auspicious due to the attainment of two auspicious yogas in one day. On this day, auspicious yoga called Shukla will also be achieved.

Monthly Shivratri Puja Vidhi
Monthly Shivratri celebrated every month is a very auspicious time. This fast starts from Trayodashi itself. The person fasting should start following the rules with a pure mind and consciousness from the day of Trayodashi. On the day of the monthly Shivratri, one should resolve to fast after bathing in the morning. On this day, Shivratri worship should be started by meditating and worshipping Lord Ganesha. First of all, one should meditate on Lord Shiva and then start further worship by doing Shivling Jalabhishek.

The use of sandalwood, Roli, Kalava, incense sticks, camphor, lamp, Akshat, Yajnopaveet, flower garland, Bilvapatra, Dhatura, quince, sweets, Ganga water and Panchamrit is auspicious during puja. Monthly Shivratri has special religious significance. This fast is observed on the Chaturdashi date of Krishna Paksha of every month. It is believed that all the wishes of the person observing this fast are fulfilled and Lord Bholenath removes all the obstacles in life.
