1. Straw Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients: 5 Tbsp Strawberry Flavor Syrup, 1 Tbsp Ghee, 1 Fresh Grated Coconut, 3 Tbsp Water, 4 Tbsp Dry Coconut For Coating

1 non-stick saucepan, 1 non-stick spoon, 1 ladle and 2 glasses

Heat ghee in a pan. Add fresh grated coconut to it. After this add strawberry flavored syrup and water.
Cook it till the end leaving it aside. When it cools, shape it into golladdu. You can also coat it with dry coconut.
2.tangerine porridge
Ingredients: 1 cup soaked tangerines, 1/2 tsp ghee and 4 curry leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, a pinch of garam masala, a pinch of turmeric, 3 cups of water

Now you boil it a little. After this, put tangerine in the cooker and close it. Cook it for 10 minutes. Now serve it hot with curd in a plate.

Ingredients: 1 cup coconut milk, 1 cup mango cubes (semi frozen), 1 tbsp honey

Blend the milk and mango cubes in a blender until it is well mixed. There is no piece left in it.After this freeze it in a freezer friendly bowl. Blend it 3 times after it freezes completely. Fill the blended ingredients in molds and freeze them overnight. You can enjoy it the next day.
