Pitru Paksha has started now and these functions are going to continue till 14th October. Every date is worshipped in this festival because every date is considered related to the ancestors. Worship done with devotion towards the ancestors on these days provides overall growth and happiness to everyone. The ritual of salvation is called Shradh which satisfies the ancestors. Whoever satisfies his ancestors definitely receives the blessings of his ancestors. The process of satisfying the ancestors is called Tarpan. Dwitiya Shradh Puja Ritual Time
The time of Dwitiya Shradh is going to be on Saturday. Dwitiya Tithi will start on 30 September 2023 at 12:21 pm and Dwitiya Tithi will end on 01 October 2023 at 09:41 am. On this day, the time of Kutup Muhurta will be from 11:47 a.m. to 12:35 p.m. Whose duration is going to last 48 minutes. On this day, Rohin Muhurta will be from 12:35 p.m. to 01:23 p.m. The afternoon time for worship will be from 13:23 to 15:46. Dwitiya Shradh is performed for those deceased family members who died on Dwitiya Tithi. On this day, Shradh can be performed on the second date of Shukla Paksha or Krishna Paksha. The second Shradh is also called Dooj Shradh.
