The specialties of the Siddhivinayak temple are related to its miracles and the faith of the devotees. The Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai is one of the most popular pilgrimage sites for Lord Ganesha. It is said that the Siddhivinayak form of Lord Ganesha fulfils all the wishes of his devotees. Their trunk is bent to the right. It is said that the structure of this temple was very small earlier; it was made of bricks and had a dome-shaped shikhara. Later, this temple was rebuilt. Siddhivinayak is also known as "Navasacha Ganapati" or "Ganapati." Siddhivinayak Temple construction and fameAccording to the construction information, the construction work on this temple was started on November 19, 1801. It was done by a contractor named Laxman Vithu Patil. Whose money was given by a farmer woman. It is said that this woman had no children, and she expressed her desire to cooperate in the construction of the temple. That woman wished that after getting the blessings of God, no woman should remain childless here; everyone should get the happiness of a child.

An idol of the Siddhivinayak form of Lord Ganesha is installed in a small mandapam inside this temple. There is also a lotus in the upper right hand and an ankh in the left hand; a garland of pearls in the lower right hand; and a bowl full of modak laddus in the left hand. His wives, Riddhi and Siddhi, are sitting on both sides of Ganesha. There is a third eye on the head, and instead of a necklace, there is a snake around the neck. This siddhi form of God is the one who bestows happiness and good luck in life.
