Kajari Teej: This fast is the first important fast of the month of Bhadon. Kajali or Kajari Teej is celebrated on the third day of Krishna Paksha of Bhadrapada month. 

  

Shri Krishna Janmashtami: The festival of Shri Krishna Janmashtami is celebrated every year on the Ashtami date of the Krishna Paksha of Bhadon month. 

  

Aja Ekadashi: The Ekadashi date of Krishna Paksha of Bhadon month is called Aja Ekadashi. 

Bhadrapada Amavasya: Rituals like Pind Daan, Tarpan etc. are performed on the new moon day of Bhadrapada month. 

  

Teej: The fast of Hartalika Teej is celebrated every year on the third day of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. Goddess Parvati is worshiped as Gauri on the day of Hartalika Teej. 

  

Ganesh Chaturthi: Chaturthi Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadon is celebrated as Ganesh Chaturthi

Rishi Panchami: The fifth date of the Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada is known as Rishi Panchami. 

  

Varivarti Ekadashi: This Ekadashi is also known as Devjhulani or Padma Ekadashi. On the Ekadashi date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month, we observe fast on this Ekadashi. 

  

Anant Chaturdashi: The festival of Anant Chaturdashi is celebrated on Chaturdashi Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. 

  

Bhadrapada Purnima: This is the last date and day of Bhadrapada month. After this the month of Ashwin begins.
