Kalashtami Vrat 2022: Perform Kalabhairav Puja on this day of kartik month to get special benefits

The festival of Kalashtami is celebrated on the eighth day of every month.  Lord Bhairav is worshiped on this day.  This festival is celebrated on the Ashtami date of Krishna Paksha of every lunar month.  It is considered the most suitable auspicious day to please Lord Kaal Bhairav.  On this day devotees worship Lord Bhairav and also observe fast to please him.

Since Kalashtami Tithi is Monday on October 17, 2022, this fast will be observed on this day itself. Timing of Ashtami Tithi: October 17, 9:30 am to October 18, will be from 11:58 am.  The festival of worshiping Lord Bhairav on Kalashtami is celebrated with full enthusiasm and devotion in different parts of the country.
