To make these, you will need buckwheat flour, paneer, potatoes and rock salt etc. Let's learn the easy method of making Kuttu and Paneer Pakoras.
Ingredients of Kuttu Paneer Pakora:

1 cup buckwheat

4 potatoes

1 cup ghee

400 grams paneer

rock salt

1 handful finely chopped coriander leaves

Steps to make Buckwheat and Paneer Pakoras –

1 Mix paneer and potato
To make this recipe, first put water in a pressure cooker. Put potatoes in it to boil. After the potatoes boil, switch off the gas. Peel the potatoes after they cool down.Now mash the paneer. Crumble the paneer and put it in a bowl containing potatoes. Mix these two things well.

Step – 2 Add Buckwheat Flour
Now add rock salt to this mixture. Add chopped coriander to the potato and paneer mixture and mix well. Now add buckwheat flour to this mixture. Mix all these things well. Make small balls from this mixture. Give them a round shape by pressing them.

Step – 3 Deep fry and serve
Now keep a pan on the gas. Add ghee to it. Heat it on medium heat. Put pakoras in it. Fry them till they turn golden brown. After this keep the paper in a plate. Take out the pakoras in it. Now serve these pakoras with green chutney.
