Auspicious time of Aja Ekadashi
The Ekadashi date, which showers the blessings of Lord Vishnu, will start from 3:35 am on Monday, 22 August 2022, and will last till 6:06 am on Tuesday, 23 August 2022. The Ekadashi fast is kept from sunrise to the next sunrise and In order to get the full fruit of the fast, after observing the fast with rituals, it is broken on the next day after sunrise at an auspicious time. According to the Panchang, the Aja Ekadashi fast falling in the month of August will be kept on Tuesday, 23 August 2022 and Its Parana can be done on August 24, 2022 from 5:55 am to 8:30 am.

Aja Ekadashi Vrat Puja Method-
Ekadashi fasting rules are imposed a day before Ekadashi fasting. It means to say that rice should not be eaten from a day before. According to mythological belief, at one time a Chakravarti king named Harishchandra left his palace for some reason and started working with a Chandal along with his family. Then Gautam Rishi passed from there, then the king bowed to him and asked him a way to get rid of his sorrows. Then Gautam Rishi asked that king to observe the fast of Aja Ekadashi falling in the month of Bhadrapada. After which the king performed this holy fast according to the law.
