Date of Parivartini Ekadashi: The Ekadashi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month is known as Parivartini Ekadashi. It is believed that the Vamana Avatar of Lord Vishnu is worshiped on this day. Lord Vishnu changes the direction of Bhadrapada Shukla Ekadashi in Yoga Nindra, that is why this Ekadashi is called Parivartini Ekadashi.
