Gayatri Jayanti is one of the most significant & auspicious festivals, at the evening of this festival all the devotees celebrate the birth of Goddess Gayatri who is also known as the mother of all the Vedas. Goddess Gayatri is also considered as the manifestation of all the three goddesses - Goddess Parvati, Goddess Lakshmi, and Goddess Saraswati. As per the beliefs in the month of Jyeshtha during Shukla Paksha, the Goddess appeared in the form of knowledge & from that time, this holy day is celebrated as Gayatri Jayanti. This year Gayatri Jayanti is falling on June 21, 2021.

Invoke goddess Gayatri like this:
If you are worshiping in the house, then place a picture of Mahapragya-Ritambhara Gayatri on the well-equipped worship altar, urn & ghee lamp should be placed on the altar. then invoke the goddess through chanting the mantra.
Mantra: ॐ आयातु वरदे देवि त्र्यक्षरे ब्रह्मवादिनि।
गायत्रिच्छन्दसां मातः! ब्रह्मयोने नमोऽस्तु ते॥
ॐ श्री गायत्र्यै नमः। आवाहयामि, स्थापयामि, ध्यायामि,
ततो नमस्कारं करोमि।
After doing that, do the worship by Panchopchar duly- Offer water, akshat, flowers, incense-lamp, and naivedya, etc. to the goddess.
then, sit calmly and chant Gayatri Mantra, you must recite for at least three rounds i.e. 24 minutes or 11 rounds from the clock. Chanting should be done in a very light voice and keep moving your lips at this time.
Gayatri Mantra: ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् ।
At the end of the chanting, offering 24 or 108 sacrifices of Gayatri Mantra with pure Havan material or cow's ghee will fulfill your wishes.
