The Sing Maheshwari Temple, the oldest temple of Shiva Parvati, is situated on the banks of the Yamuna, at a distance to the northeast of the Yamuna bridge from the Harimpur headquarters. In the sanctum sanctorum of the temple, the fulfillment of Shiva Parvati is seated in the half. According to historians, this temple dates back to the Gupta period. Which has been removed from the ground by itself and has taken the form of a wonderful stone. The size of this Shivling grows every year equal to a grain of rice. The Shivling located here is also called Patali Shivling. Hundreds of people come here for darshan. Devotees worship Lord Shiva by offering cannabis, datura, flowers, and sandalwood on the Shivling, as well as the importance of doing Abhishek.

There are many stories from this temple, but one story is prevalent, according to the legends, once there were a lot of floods in the Yamuna River, the sadhus there thought of establishing Shivling in another place. Then after praying Shiva Ji started excavation there but no end to Shivling was found. The people there and the monk accepted defeat. Then this Shivling was given the form of a temple. From now on
Worship was started in the temple. It is said that Shiva is naive, it is rightly said because this temple is a Manokami temple.

 After the sandalwood trees grow, they come to know
It is said that around this temple many trees grow on their own from sandalwood. No one knows how it happens. The people here consider it a blessing of Shiva. Which automatically grows the miraculous sandalwood tree. According to the information about that temple, some sandalwood trees have also been stolen so far. There is a special blessing of Shiva in this area. Here people come from far and wide with their sorrow and here it gets redressed.
