1. Keep alum tied in a black cloth under the sleeping bed. Due to this, the person becomes free from bad dreams, flashes in sleep or any unknown fear. 8. Beat the black and white blanket 21 times on yourself and donate it to a poor person.
9. Dinner should be taken 2 hours before sleeping. Dinner should be light and sattvik. For good sleep, do Vajrasana after eating, then do Bhramari Pranayama and finally go to sleep while doing Shavasana.
10. Taking the name of Hanumanji on Saturday, tie a black thread in the finger near the thumb or the index finger on the feet, this will give strength to the brain and bad or scary dreams will not come.
