Many people do not get sleep properly at night and even if they come, they wake up due to bad dreams. Often there are dreams of snakes, dreams of ghosts or some such dreams, due to which there is fear. Here are 10 ways to get rid of all kinds of bad dreams.

1. Keep alum tied in a black cloth under the sleeping bed. Due to this, the person becomes free from bad dreams, flashes in sleep or any unknown fear. On any Tuesday or Sunday, keep a piece of alum near the child's head. At night the child will not have nightmares while sleeping and neither will the child whine or cry.
2. Keep reciting Hanuman Chalisa daily. Gradually you will get rid of bad dreams.
3. If you sleep by burning camphor every day before sleeping, then you will get a very sound sleep and at the same time all kinds of stress will end. There are many other benefits of camphor.
4. If you are going to sleep then also decide in which direction your feet are. Never set foot in South or East. Do not keep your feet in the direction of the door. This leads to loss of health and prosperity. Sleeping with the head in the east direction increases knowledge. Sleeping with the head in the south brings peace, health and prosperity.
5. Go to Shani temple and donate shadow on five Saturdays. Chhaya Daan means filling oil in a bowl and seeing your face in it, donate it to Shani temple.
6. Beat a watery coconut 7 times from around your head and burn it at any place of worship. Donate directly to the temple.
7. Sleep with a knife or any sharp tool under the pillow at the head.
8. Beat the black and white blanket 21 times on yourself and donate it to a poor person.
9. Dinner should be taken 2 hours before sleeping. Dinner should be light and sattvik. For good sleep, do Vajrasana after eating, then do Bhramari Pranayama and finally go to sleep while doing Shavasana.
10. Taking the name of Hanumanji on Saturday, tie a black thread in the finger near the thumb or the index finger on the feet, this will give strength to the brain and bad or scary dreams will not come.
